The ZSL64A3ALHA is a LoRa system-on-chip developed by Guangzhou ZHIYUAN Electronics Co., Ltd. It integrates an RF matching circuit, a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator, and a DC circuit, making it easy to apply. Only a 50Ω standard antenna needs to be externally connected to complete the wireless transmitting and receiving functions. This chip supports LoRa and (G)FSK modulation methods, adopts spectrum spreading technology, and has a sleep current as low as 0.2uA, which is very suitable for application scenarios with low power consumption and medium to long-distance transmission. It is packaged in LGA with a size of only 8×8mm.

Ultra-long-distance Transmission

The 433MHz frequency band has a wavelength of 69cm, strong penetration ability, and a long transmission distance. Compared with the 868MHz/915MHz frequency bands, this frequency band has a 30% improvement in the penetration ability through obstacles such as buildings and vegetation, and the transmission distance can reach 10km, which is especially suitable for complex scenarios such as underground pipelines and dense buildings.

Wide Spectrum Adaptability

The 433MHz frequency band complies with regulations in many places around the world (Europe, Africa, Australia, East Asia), has a wide application range, and meets the export requirements of many regions.

Flexible Power Configuration

The maximum transmitting power of the ZSL64A3ALHA is 22±1dBm, and the transmitting power is adjustable from -9 to +22dBm@step1dB. It can be flexibly configured according to different usage scenarios to complete the transmission with lower power consumption. image-20250526181135930

Rapid Development and Deployment

Connecting a 50Ω standard antenna externally can achieve wireless transmitting and receiving. Paired with an easy-to-use driver SDK package, it greatly shortens the development cycle.

It is widely applied in fields such as smart meters, smart homes, smart agriculture, photovoltaic energy storage, industrial control, etc., such as forest land monitoring and management, photovoltaic energy storage management, gas meter reading, and so on.
